Rules for your stay at Villa Victoria Istra

The villa is yours for the duration of your stay — our rules are short and exist so that all guests can have an equally pleasant holiday.

1. Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 4:00 PM onwards.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Before your arrival, we will personally arrange the key handover with you. If you arrive earlier, we will usually accommodate an early check-in if possible based on cleaning.

2. Number of guests

The villa is suitable for up to 8 guests. The number of guests stated at booking is binding. Additional guests without prior arrangement are not allowed — this includes visitors who would stay overnight in the villa or in the garden.

3. Pets

We gladly welcome dogs. Please indicate the number and size of dogs at the time of booking.

Dogs must be supervised by their owner inside the villa
Dogs must not be left alone in the villa for extended periods to avoid causing damage
Dogs must be kept on a leash outside, except in the fenced garden
The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the dog

4. Pool

The pool is yours to use, but please observe the following:

Children near the pool must always be supervised by an adult
Swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not recommended
It is forbidden to throw food, drinks or objects that may damage the pool
Jumping into the pool is only allowed from the pool edge, not from the surroundings
Owners are not responsible for injuries that may occur while using the pool

5. Noise and quiet hours

The villa is located in a quiet hilly setting. Please respect:

Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Loud music, parties and events are not permitted
Respect the neighbours and the natural environment

6. Smoking

Throughout the entire interior of the villa, smoking is strictly forbidden. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace, where we kindly ask you to dispose of cigarette butts in the designated containers.

7. Care of the villa

Please treat the villa as you would your own home:

When leaving rooms, turn off the lights and close the windows
The air conditioning should only run while you are in the room
Separate waste into the designated bins
Report any damage or malfunction to the owner immediately

8. Outdoor kitchen and grill

The Napoleon gas grill is at your disposal. After use, please:

Allow the grill to cool and clean it after use
Close the gas valve
Wash the utensils and cookware

9. Liability and damages

The guest is responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their group to the equipment, the villa or outdoor areas. Minor wear and tear from normal use is not considered damage.

In case of major damage, the guest will be charged the cost of repair or replacement.

10. Safety

When leaving, lock all doors and windows
The sliding gate at the entrance should be closed when you are not at the villa
Keep valuables in the safe
In case of emergency, call 112 (the unified European number)

11. Final cleaning

Final cleaning is mandatory and included in the price of your stay. Before your departure, however, we ask you to:

Empty the dishwasher
Place rubbish in the designated bins
Do not leave bulky waste in the villa
