For bookings made through our website, payment is processed in full (100%) immediately upon booking confirmation via the secure payment system Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards).
Your card details are transmitted via encrypted connection and protected by PCI DSS Level 1 standards. Villa Victoria Istra never stores your card details.
In case of booking cancellation, the following refund terms apply:
Please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@villavictoriaistra.com. The valid cancellation date is the date we receive your message.
Refunds are processed via Stripe back to the same credit card used for payment. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–7 business days.
Date changes can be requested at least 30 days before arrival and depend on availability. A date change is treated as a cancellation of the existing booking and a new booking.
In exceptional cases (natural disasters, major damage, government restrictions) that prevent your stay, we offer either an alternative date or a 100% refund.
The price is set for up to 8 guests. The number of guests must be clearly stated at booking.
Pets (dogs) are welcome with an additional charge of EUR 20/night/dog (max 2 dogs). Please specify the number and size of dogs at booking.
Final cleaning (EUR 250 one-time fee) is included in the stay price. No additional payments are required at departure.
The tourist tax is included in the stay price. No additional payment is required upon arrival.
By booking, the guest agrees to the House Rules of Villa Victoria Istra.
Croatian law applies to all disputes. The competent court is in Buje, Republic of Croatia.
